Visited Scotland on holiday with my wife Debi children Ryan and
Cailin. Many sites were taken in and the scenery is unbelievable. Castles to explore, a land of history to discover, and friendly people. An evening spent in a pub, in Linlinthgow was a great way to meet new friends. Scotland was a great experience, and it is a journey that will be repeated.

Have been to the town of Linlithgow many times and have always
enjoyed a walk along the side of the Loch to look at the swans. You may not be aware that there are historical re-enactments in the ruins of the castle during the summertime and there is also a rather fun time when they hold a "cardboard boat race" on the river- I think in July.

I have recently returned from Scotland where I visited a lovely little town called Linlithgow. Linlithgow has nice little cobbled streets and a Palace with a loch which is the birth place of Mary Queen of Scots. All the Stewarts also lived here and later it housed Bonnie Prince Charlie. Fascinating place, would recommend anyone visiting Scotland to add this to their itinary.
