Anybody cycling central Scotland will do well to go thru
Callander & stay at the hostel just out of town on the A892.It's run by cyclists(local
shop owner),with a fix it area;clothing & accessories for sale;accomodations are the
latest in comfort & style.The area abounds in bike paths,mtn. bike trails & hiking
paths.Visit Rob Roy's grave just up the road in Balquhidder or swim at the Falls of Leny.A
great day ride:west on A821,'round Loch Katrine,east on B829,over the Duke's Pass &
along south shore Loch Venachar back to hostel;30 miles.
