Leave the cottage of Badour and follow grassy slopes in a North West direction making for the top of Stob an Fhir-bhogha.  A broad ridge leads North to the summit hump of Beinn Heasgamich.  Return to Stob an Fhir-bhogha and take the South West ridge to the boggy Bealach na Baintigherna.  Find the lochan on the bealach which gives a good line for the steep but direct ascent to the top of Creag Mhor.  Follow the rim of Coire-cheathaich to Stob nan Clach, descend to Stob nan Clach, descend into the Lairig Mhic Bhaidein, cross the spur of Cam Chreag and climb Challum's North West ridge to the summit.
