This
mid 19th-century castle in Baronial style was built for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
The castle is the Highland Residence of Her Majesty the Queen, and is set in fine forested
grounds. The ballroom contains an exhibition of paintings and works of art. Some parts of
the castle are not open to the public. |
