The prehistoric complex at Camster consists of three well preserved chamber tombs. The example shown here is a long cairn, which measures 61 metres (200 feet) by 19.8 metres (65 feet) and has four projecting horns. Close by there is also an impressive round cairn. Cremated remains and Neolithic artefacts have been found on the site.
