transport from Stronvar so cars are essential . Local Village shops (Strathyre and
Lochearnhead both with post offices) are excellent for all general groceries (And local
gossip and
advice!)Callander 12 miles away has a supermarket. Churches: Balquhidder is
Presbyterian,Lochearnhead is Episcopalian and
there is also Roman Catholic in Callander and all are very welcoming. Sports centre with
